OwnerAlerts.com provides property monitoring services for Miami-Dade County property owners. Our services include monitoring for property violations, permits, code compliance issues, and other property-related information from various Miami-Dade County agencies.
We provide alerts and notifications regarding changes to your property's status, including but not limited to code violations, permit applications, and compliance requirements.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
4. Subscription and Payment
Some of our services require payment of fees. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email, at our option, at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable, complete, legal, or safe.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OwnerAlerts.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any content obtained from the Service

11. Indemnification

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
